Legalisation ServicesMany jurisdictions have requirements for further certification once documents have been Notarially Certified. In particular the affixing of the Hague Apostille via the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and sometimes Consular legalisation may be required. We have a dedicated Legalisation Services department who will organise any legalisation as required at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and any required Consulate. If required we are able to advise you if you have any specific queries regarding the requirements for a specific jurisdiction. In terms of our service, our team of couriers visit most London based Consulates weekly and visit the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in Milton Keynes and London (Business Service) daily. Legalisation Only Services We offer a simple send and return or send and forwarding legalisation only service for those who need it: 1. Private individuals who require an Apostille or Consular legalisation who have already had documents certified by a Notary elsewhere in the UK. 2. Companies requiring only the legalisation service. This can include documents such as Certificates of Good Standing from Companies House or Tax Residence Certificates from HMRC. Alternatively, you may have had your documents certifed by a Notary Public or Solicitor and need the documents to be apostilled and/or legalised. 3.
